• Group Placement - To view group placement select the "Group Placements" option under "Team Info" in the menu bar.  You must be logged into your westfieldaquatics.org account to view this option.
• Proof of ID Information - Indiana Swimming requires that all NEW members submit official proof of ID information.  This link outlines acceptable forms.  Copies of acceptable documents may be submiteed as hard-copies to the Westfield Aquatics coaching staff, or electronically (preferred) through email to [email protected].
• Transfer - If you are transferring mid-season from another USA Swimming club team, you will need to log into our USA Swimming online account and complete the transfer rquest.  Click Here for instructions.
